Quick Baked Banana Dessert

Serves 3

Ingredients
2 bananas
2 dessertspoons clear honey
3oz self raising flour
2tbsp cocoa powder
2oz shredded suet
3oz caster sugar
A little milk to mix

Method
1. Peel and slice the bananas and place in the base of a buttered pie dish. Drizzle the honey over the bananas.
2. Make the topping by sifting together the flour and cocoa powder in a bowl. Add the suet and sugar and stir in enough milk to make a medium soft consistency.
3. Spoon the mixture over the banana base and spread evenly.
4. Place in the centre of a preheated oven at 180º gas mark 4 for 20 minutes.
5. Serve hot with cream or custard.
