Avocado boats
As we know, avocado is very rich in vitamin, protein, fiber and minerals. The ingredients or we need to make this meal are very simple. One tablespoon of lime juice, one avocado, pepper and salt must be prepared before starting the procedure. The procedure of this quick delicious meal is:
a) Avocado is cut lengthwise around the seed.

Carob pie

The ingredients for this meal are half cup of honey, three quarter of carob powder, half cup of softened butter, one tablespoon of vanilla and 3 eggs. The procedure is as followed:
a) Pie plate is greased
b) Next, all ingredients are put into the blender and are blended until it smooth
c) After that, pour it on the pie plate
d) Then, bake it by using oven for about 20-25 minutes
e) Carob pie is ready. You can eat it warm or put it into refrigerator to eat it later.
