Really Juicy Fruity Fruit Salad

published by Marie Milton on Aug 22, 2009

For a really refreshing, juicy, fruity, fruit salad do not hesitate to indulge in this delightful fruit cocktail…

Ingredients
1 litre: Pure Apple Juice
or
1 pint or Light Syrup and 1/2 pint of Mango Pulp
3 Apples
3 Bananas
2-3 Peaches
2-3 pears (the Light Syrup can be found in tinned pears)
2-3 Kiwis
Strawberries and/or Stoned Cherries
Red Seedless Grapes (this is mainly for colour but green seedless grapes do just as well).

Method
1)Pour apple juice (or syrup/pulp) into bowl.
2)Chop all fruit to small bite-size pieces and place into a medium mixing bowl (I usually use a normal cake mixing bowl)
3)Chop grapes in half and add enough for a good combination for the salad.
4)Cover and leave refrigerated for at least 6-7 hours. It can be eaten soon afterwards but the longer it is left the better the tastes mingle…

ENJOY!!!
