4 pieces (80 ounces) chicken thighs

2 cm ginger, crushed

2 pieces of green onion, sliced

2 tbsp sesame oil

3 tablespoons fish sauce

1/2 teaspoon pepper

1 teaspoon salt

1 liter of water to boil

Ingredients Rice:

700 grams of rice

2 cm ginger, crushed

4 cloves garlic, mashed

500 ml chicken stock

2 tablespoons fish sauce

2 tbsp sesame oil

1 teaspoon salt

How to make:

Pin-prick the chicken with a fork or a sharp knife edge

Marinate the chicken with fish sauce and ginger that has been refined. Let stand for 30 minutes.

Boil chicken in boiling water. Add fish sauce, pepper and salt. Period with a low heat until tender.
