Substances:

• 3-4 Pear
• 300-400g sugar
• 1 vanilla-pod
• 1l vodka

Remains: 2 years

1. Wash pears, dry pears and push some holes in the pear with needle or something like that.

2. Put the pears in a jar. Add sugar and vanilla-pod in the jar. Pour a jar of vodka so much that it completely covers the bulbs.

3. Store in a cool place. In a dark place 3-4months. You have to shake the jar the first weeks, so that the sugar will melt.
