Product Description: Box of Betty Crocker Loaded Casserole potatoes in sauce. We purchased this at Walmart a couple weeks ago and gave them a try tonight.

What I liked about this product: First, they were pretty easy to make. My wife just cooked them on the stove and it consisted of adding milke and margarine. The potatoes were done in a few minutes. As I have said in the past, I like foods that are convenient and don’t take a long time to make.

I also liked the cheese sauce over the potatoes. It was thick and creamy without being very salty (like many other boxed potatoes are). In fact, I’ve been craving pork chops all week but I think I liked these more than the chops.

What I didn’t like about this product: While the potatoes were decent, I honestly didn’t notice anything that set them apart from other cheesy potatoes. In other words, it’s one of those situations where the box made them out to be something special and they really weren’t.

Final Opinion: As I said before, I didn’t hate these potatoes. But, I also didn’t notice anything that set them apart from other potatoes already on the store’s shelves.
