Ricotta Vegetable Dip

A healthy and delicious dip for vegetables.

¼ cup-of-dip serving:
Calories 67

Carbohydrates 4.8g

Exchanges
½ Milk
½ Fat

Ingredients
8 ounces part-skim milk ricotta
8 ounces Basic Yogurt Cheese
2 tablespoons green olives, minced
¼ cup carrots, minced
¼ cup celery, minced
2 tablespoons pecans, minced
Carrots, celery, cucumbers, and yellow squash

Procedure
Combine ricotta, yogurt cheese, olives, minced carrots, minced celery, and pecans. Mix well. Make dipping sticks out of the carrots and celery; and slice the cucumbers and squash. Arrange the dip and vegetables on a party tray. Serves 10.

    Hi

    I like those sort of dips where you can dip pretty much anything in them and they taste yummy. Will have to try this recipe as it sounds very nice
