Sate Ayam
Indonesian recipe.
ingredient:
1. goat/sheep meat (slice like dice and make it so many as you can)
2. Twinges made from bamboo
sauce:
1. peanuts
2. sweet soy sauce
3. red onion
4. cayenne pepper/chili
1. the first thing that we have to do is slicing the meat to be dices. after that, arrange the meats into the twinge. make it so many as you can. then, put the the results into a dish that has already put by soy sauce. just use a little soy sauce.
2. then, burn the sate(meat in the twinge) on the carcoal. burn until it becomes fragrant and the colour become brown or a little burn.
3. then, we make the sauce. minced the peanuts and then mix it with the sweet soy sauce. put, the sate into the sauce. it is better if we eat sate we cooked rice.
