The cooked sauteed beef with green beans.
Beef strips are fun to cook. You can just add a couple of vegetables, saute everything with oyster sauce and you have a great meal for lunch or dinner. Here is one quick beef recipe I made up using basic ingredients. I hope you enjoy it!

Removing the tips of the green beans.
Ingredients:
1/8 beef (sliced into thin strips)
1/4 kg green beans (locally called Baguio beans or bitswelas) tips removed; sliced
1 small carrot (sliced into strips)
Onions (finely chopped)
Garlic (minced)
Soy sauce (1tbsp)
Oyster sauce (3tbsp)
Salt
Pepper
Cups of water
Saute mix (if available; for flavor)
Cooking oil

Slicing the green beans.
Procedure:
Heat pan. Add cooking oil. Saute onions and garlic. When onions turn translucent, add the beef. Stir. Add the soy sauce. Wait until the beef cooks and softens. Add 1/2 cup of water. When the beef is ready, add the green beans and carrots. Add 1/2 cup of water then follow up with the oyster sauce and saute (ginisa) mix. Simmer for 5 to 10 minutes to attain the level of softness you prefer for your vegetables. There you have it! Your saucy sauteed beef with green beans recipe!

Carrots added to the green beans.
