Scrambled Tofu with Peas

This article is a recipe named as scrambled tofu with peas.

 

INGREDIENTS REQUIRED:

 

·         200 gm of tofu

·         1 cup of shelled peas

·          4-6 baby corn left whole

·         2 tsp of garlic paste

·         1 tsp of red chilly paste

·         4 tsp of oil

·         1/4tsp Of turmeric powder

·         2 tsp of coriander powder

·         salt to taste

METHOD:

 

·         Grate the tofu and keep aside.

·         Heat the oil and fry the shelled peas and baby corn for 2-3 minutes.

·         Mix in the spices and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.

·          Once aroma rises, add the crumbled tofu and salt, and continue to cook over low fire, stirring from time to time for at least 7-8 minutes.

·         Serve with rotis.
