Shrimps and Broccoli with Oyster Sauce
Shrimp is one of the best seafood we can serve. The addition of broccoli and oyster sauce instantly gives this dish a delicious punch.

I usually don’t fry shrimps. Instead,I boil them to keep it moist and vibrant. Adding broccoli and oyster sauce makes this dish more healthy and nutritious. Here’s how to prepare it:
INGREDIENTS:
15-20 medium shrimps
300g broccoli,cut
2 tbsp olive oil
3 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tsp salt
1 medium sized onion,chopped
3 cloves garlic,minced
HOW TO PREPARE:
1. Boil water with salt. Add the shrimp and cook until they turn pink – no more than 3 minutes. Don’t overcook it.
2. Let the shrimp cool then peel.
3. Saute onions and garlic with olive oil.
4. Mix the broccoli followed by the peeled shrimps.
5. Add the oyster sauce. You can add salt depending on your taste.
6. Serve hot.
