Simple AND Healthy Salad Recipe

This is a simple and healthy salad recipe for everyone.

Ingredients

1 whole cucumber  (remove the skin and cut it lengthwise)

200 grams of fresh pineapple

1 tomato ( cut according to your favourite shapes)

1/2 onion (chopped lengthwise)

Salt (adjust according to your taste)

2 – 3 tbsp of sugar (adjust according to your taste)

2 tbsp of lime/lemon juice.

Method

1. In a bowl, put the cucumber, pineapple, tomato, onion , lime/lemon juice, salt and sugar.

2. Mix it thoroughly and keep inside the refrigerator  for at least 1 hour.

3. Serve chill.
