Smooth and Delicious Mashed-potatoes

The secrets to smooth, rich, and delicious mashed-potatoes.
Ingredients
8 Medium to Large Potatoes
1 tbsp Fresh Chives (Dried Chives Will Also Work)
2 tbsp Salt
2 tbsp Pepper
6 tbsp Cream Cheese
1 1/4 Cup of Milk
1/2 Stick of Butter
Cooking Instructions
Skin the potatoes and cut them into four pieces. Place them in a pot full of water and boil them until a fork slides in cleanly and easily. Drain the water off the potatoes. Add the milk and butter and whisk until smooth. When smooth add the cream cheese, chives, salt, and pepper and whisk until the cream cheese has completely melted. Garnish with a pinch of fresh chives and serve with meal of your choice.
