Souffle Sandwich

8 slices bread (trim off crusts)

1 can tuna

1/4 cup finely-chopped celery

1/4 cup finely-chopped onions

 1/2 cup shredded cheese

1 1/2 cup milk

3 eggs, beaten

1 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon paprika

Place 4 slices bread in an 8-inch square pan. Mix tuna, celery and onions; spread mixture over bread. Sprinkle with cheese; top with remaining bread. Combine milk, eggs, salt and paprika; pour over bread. Bake at 325 degrees for about 40 minutes. Serve immediately. Yield: 4servings.
