Soymilk Punch

Helps prevent constipation in pregnant women.

Abundant fresh serving of fiber is rich in vitamin C, lycopene, and potassium. Usefulness? Helps prevent constipation in pregnant women.

Ingredients:
100 gr green melon
100 grams of watermelon fruit
300 gr red apple
100 gr black grass jelly
1200 ml soy milk
1 tablespoon sweet basil seeds, soaked, drained

Method:
1. Save melon, watermelon, apples, grass jelly, and soy milk in the refrigerator until cool (30-60 minutes).
2. Peel the melon, watermelon, cut into 3×1x1 cm square. Peel the apples, seeded, diced 1 cm. Cut thin lengthwise-cut grass jelly (6×1x ½ cm).
3. Arrange melon, watermelon, apples, and grass jelly in food containers. Pour soy milk, add the basil seeds.
