Spaghetti with Tuna Puttanesca

This easy to do Spaghetti with tuna Puttanesca dishglorifies the wonders of pasta and the heart-saving qualities of fish.

Spaghetti with Tuna Puttanesca

Ingredients:

400 g spaghetti
1 ½ cups 100% pure olive oli
3 tbsp. minced garlic
1 ½ cups chopped onion
2 cups chopped tomatoes
4 slices bacon, chopped
2tbsp anchovies, chopped
2 cans hot and spicy tuna flakes or chunks
1 tbsp. tomato paste
½ cup capers
½ cup black olives, sliced
Basil
Oregano
Parmesan cheese

Procedure:

Spaghetti Noodles
Boil water in a cooking pot and add a pinch of salt. Cook pasta until al dente. Strain and dip into cold water. Set aside.

Sauce
In a heated pan, sauté garlic, onions, and tomatoes in olive oil for five minutes  or until onions are soft. Add bacon, anchovies, tuna, and tomato paste and simmer. Stir in the capers and olive until heated through. Add basil and oregano.

To finish, pour sauce on spaghetti noodles and sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.
