Spanish Omelet – Recipe

Spanish Omelet is an omelet with spinach. It is delicious and its preparation is also easy. Here is the recipe of Spanish Omelete.

Ingredients of Spanish Omelet:

8 nos. of Eggs

100 grams of grated and sautéed Cabbage 

100 grams of grated and sautéed Carrot

100 grams of Onion (chopped)

50 grams of Tomato (chopped)

100 grams of boiled Peas

2 tablespoons of Oil

4 pieces of Green Chilies (chopped)

Salt

How to prepare Spanish Omelete:

At first, whip the eggs and place the vegetables and salt into it.

Take a frying pan and heat the oil.

Place and spread the mixture over it.

Cover up the pan with a lid.

Now, cook it for around three minutes in a medium heat or until its side gets brown colored.

Then, turn it over and again cook it for one more minute.

Spanish Omelet is ready.

Enjoy it hot.
