Spice Pineapple Mousse
Okay… Here is a really delicious kicked up pineapple mousse. It’s very easy to make and it gives you a different variation to offer your guests, other than your traditional mousse.
Ingredients:
- 1 – 6 ounce can of frozen pineapple juice.
- 1/2 teaspoon of nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla
- 1/2 cup of sugar
- 1 cup (1/2 pint) of whipping cream
- 2 egg whites
Preparation:
- Thaw the pineapple juice.
- Add all the spices and sugar.
- Fold the blended ingredients into whipped cream
- Add the beaten egg whites (soft).
- Put the blended ingredients into about 7-8 small cups or ramekins that are freezable.
- Place the cups into the freezer until frozen.
- Remove from freezer 1/2 hour before serving to make for easy eating.
