Spicy is healthy.

You hooked with spicy food? if so, then you are lucky. The following will explain the benefits of eating chili.

* Chili can make you fast asleep and sleep more soundly.
* Capsaicin, the ingredient in chili peppers that makes sense spicy, it can function
for anti-inflammatory and decongestant for sinus sufferers.
* Chili peppers also contain lots of vitamin C.
