Stuffed Bell Peppers

6 green peppers

1 pound ground beef

3 tablespoons margarine

1 medium onion (finely chopped)

2 cups tomatoes

1 teaspoon celery salt

1 cup minute rice

Cut tops off of peppers about 3/4 inch down. Remove seeds, and parboil for 5-8 minutes. Brown meat in margarine. Add onion and brown lightly. Add other ingredients and simmer, mixture should be stiff enough to hold shape of spoon. Stuff peppers with the mixture. Place tops on and place in a baking dish. Add approximately 1/2 cup of water. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
