This is a indian veg recipes.This are good dish becouse it is testy and yammm.

                       STUFFED MUSHROOM

                      INGREDIENTS:

                                 8 grm mushroom,                      2 tbsp butter or olive oil,                      2 tbsp finely chopped bell                       pepper,2 tbs finely chopped                       onion,1/4 tsp salt ,1 tbsp                       gry bread crumbs,1/2 to 3/4                      shredded ittalion cleese milk,                      1 tsp parselly flaks.

                      METHOD OF PREPARATION:

                                   Clean and wipe mushrooms.                     Remove stems and chop fine.Heat butter                     saute onion,salt ,chopped stems,chopped                     bell pepper,till tender and cooked.                     Remove from heat.Stir in bread crumbs.                     Fill in the mushroom caps.Arrange on                      a baking seet.If using conventional                      oven or to aster oven ,preheat to 350                     degrees,f.Bake 15 minutes.Remov,sprinkle                     cheese mix on top of each mushroom and                      bak for 2 more minutes or till the cheese                      is bubbly.If using microwave oven,                     arrange on paper towel lined plates,cook                      for 2 minutes,Remove and sprinkle chesse                      mix and keep for 30 seconds more,till the                     cheese is bubbly.Sprinkle a pinch parsley                     flakes on each and serve.
