My stuffed Mushrooms Recipe.
Things you need:
- Small white capped mushrooms a box or 2 or however many you want
- Soft Bacon bits any brand, not the hard bacon bits or the recipe don’t turn out right.
- Creme cheese one or 2 boxes or more depending on how much you make
- tablespoon of butter
- You take the capped mushrooms wash them put out the caps real well, Meanwhile take the creme cheese and bacon bits and put in bowl put in microwave about a minute to 2 minutes to soften up the creme cheese add the butter mix really well. Put the mixture into each mushroom, spay the pan with Pam use glass pan preferably.Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Line the mushrooms up really well don’t stack them if you are making alot use more than one pan. Put in oven for about 30 minutes to 40 minutes a little less or a little more. When the mushrooms look born and mixture looks harden then they are done. Don’t over cook check on them after 20-25 minutes depending on what type of oven you have. I have a Gas oven so it don’t take as long. Once they are done enjoy. Serve alone or with a salad or steak or whatever. They are really good. Even if you don’t like mushrooms or think this sounds weird at first i did too but when my boyfriend made them for me i got addicted. It is good. Well Enjoy.
