Stuffed Tomato Salad

How To Make Stuffed Tomato Sauce.

Ingredients:

6 good size tomatoes, 1 cup sliced celery, 1 cucumber ( peeled and diced), 1/4  cup finely chopped onions, 1/4 cup shredded carrots, salt and vetsin, 1 cup mayonnaise, lettuce, pinch of black pepper

Procedure:

1.  Wash the tomatoes.

2.  Cut the stem and scoop out centers.

3.  Dice centers and combine with celery, carrots, cucumber, and onion.

4.  Add salt, black pepper, and vetsin to taste.  Then fold in mayonnaise.

5.  Cover and chill the filling and tomato shells separately.

6.  After chilling, stuff tomato shells with filling and serve at once on crisp lettuce.  Serve cold.

Good for 6 persons.
