Summer Fruit Muesli
A beautiful, healthy way to start the day.
Ingredients
- 6 oz oats
- 1/2 pint milk
- 2tbsp sultanas
- 2tbsp flaked almonds
- chopped hazelnuts/cashews
- 2tbsp linseeds (optional)
- 80z berry fruits
- 1 apple, peeled and grated
Method
- Mix oats, sultanas, milk, nuts and seeds in a large bowl
- Cover and leave overnight in the fridge
- Stir in berries and apple to serve
