Summer Fruit Muesli

A beautiful, healthy way to start the day.

Ingredients

  • 6 oz oats
  • 1/2 pint milk
  • 2tbsp sultanas
  • 2tbsp flaked almonds
  • chopped hazelnuts/cashews
  • 2tbsp linseeds (optional)
  • 80z berry fruits
  • 1 apple, peeled and grated

Method

  1. Mix oats, sultanas, milk, nuts and seeds in a large bowl
  2. Cover and leave overnight in the fridge
  3. Stir in berries and apple to serve
