Summer Recipes: Pistachio Pineapple Delight

Here is a delicious dessert to serve during the summer, but can be made all year like we do=)
1 package (4 serving side) Jello-O pistachio flavor instant pudding and pie filling.
1 can (20 ounces) crushed pineapple in syrup
1 cup miniature marshmallows
1 3/4 cup thawed Cool Whip whipped topping
OPTIONAL sliced strawberries
1/2 cup chopped nuts
Stir pudding mix, pineapple, marshmallows, nuts in large bowl until well blended. Gently stir in whipped topping.
Refrigerate 1 hour or until ready to serve. Garnish with additional whipped toopping and strawberries
