Sweet Ambrosia

1-16 oz. can chunky pineapple
1-8 oz. can crushed pineapple
1 sm. pkg. instant pistachio pudding
1 c. shredded coconut
1 c. chopped walnuts or pecans
12-16 oz. nondairy whipped topping, thawed
1 c. miniature marshmallows.

In lg. bowl, mix contents of pineapple cans.  Next, sprinkle pudding on top, & don’t stir or mix for 3-4 min.  Combine nuts & coconut, & slowly fold into mixture.  Last, carefully stir in whipped topping & marshmallows (don’t overmix).  Refrigerate for 2 hrs. or longer before it’s ready to dive into!  Want to surprise people w/ another unusual but easy dessert?  How about 1 w/ 4 main ingredients.
