Looking for something different tonight? Do you ever get that feeling that you are having the same thing over and over and you are just in the mood to try something new and different? Well this is where this recipe came from. I was in the mood for something different and decided to try something on my own and see what it tasted like. I have to say although it seemed like a lot of work at the time, it was worth the effort as my whole family enjoyed it immensely.

Give this a try when you are in the mood to try something new and different. I hope you enjoy it as much as my family did. You never know what taste you are missing until you try something new and different.

 Ingredients :

 1 pack of porkchops

 2 Tbsp Cornstarch

1/2 Cup Brown Sugar, packed well

 1 Can Pineapple Tidbits

 1/2 Cup Vinegar

 1 Tbsp Soya Sauce

 Salt and Pepper for taste

 Dash of Garlic

 Directions :

Debone your porkchops and cut into bite size pieces. Fry Pork Chops and set aside.

Mix cornstarch and sugar. Drain the juice from the juice from the pineapple and add your pineapple to the cornstarch and sugar. Add vinegar, soya sauce and mix until mixture is smooth. Pour into a big pot and heat over medium heat stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens and boils. Boil and stir for one minute longer. Add a dash of salt, pepper and garlic. Add your porkchops and pineapple.

Let simmer for a little longer, mixing every so often until your porkchops soak up some of the juice so it will give it the flavor.

 Serve with Rice

Tip for something different try this with chicken !

 Enjoy
