Sweet Potato Casserole

Sweet Potato Casserole Recipe.

  • 1 Large can sweet potatoes,drained and mashed

  • 1 1/4 cup sugar

  • 3/4 stick butter

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 cup evaporated milk

  • Whip together thoroughly and bake 15 minutes at 400 degrees

  •  Topping:

  • 1 cup crushed corn flakes

  • 1/2 cup flaked coconut

  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans

  • 3/4 stick margarine,melted

  • Mix and put on tope of potatoes and bake 15 minutes more at 400 degrees.
