Sweet Potato Casserole Recipe.
-
1 Large can sweet potatoes,drained and mashed

1 1/4 cup sugar
-
3/4 stick butter
-
2 eggs
-
1 cup evaporated milk
-
Whip together thoroughly and bake 15 minutes at 400 degrees
-
Topping:
-
1 cup crushed corn flakes
-
1/2 cup flaked coconut
-
1/2 cup chopped pecans
-
3/4 stick margarine,melted
-
Mix and put on tope of potatoes and bake 15 minutes more at 400 degrees.
