Carrot has been consumed mainly as vegetable used in carrot soups. Some people also eat it raw either as carrot salad or for the purpose of curing certain diseases. What is carrot recipe to improve health?

Carrots are vegetable crops. It looks very much like cassava but thinner and smaller in size. Carrot tree has shorter, wet trunk with sweet-tasting orange roots.

Carrot belongs to umbelliferae family and it is consumed as parts of the meat or chicken soups. Some just boil carrots and served as salad or snack, while you are awaiting the main course. You will also find carrot pineapple muffins or carrot cakes. There are also people who eat carrot raw in the hope of getting health benefit from it.

Carrot is perfect for eye health. It contains beta carotene that prevents and overcome cancer, high blood pressure, allergy, and cold.

How to serve carrot to cure some of the diseases

Hypertension

Wash 500 grams of carrot, cut it into small pieces and add a little water. Then blend it. Filter it, and drink it 3 times a day. You can also get carrot juice benefit by taking not only the juicy part but also  the carrot dregs.

Night Blindness

To cure you of night blindness, take 2 pieces of carrot and wash them. Then grate them. Add 2 spoonful of boiled water, squeeze and filter it. To make it tastes better, add some honey. Drink it 3 times a day. God willing, within a few days, your night blindness will wear away.


Minus Eye Sight

To reduce minus eye sight, you can drink carrot cooking water or eat it raw. You can also grate it. Prepare 7 pieces of carrot and add a little water. Squeeze it with clean cloth and drink the water once a day.


To get rid of fever on children

Grate 200 grams of carrot or use fruit extractor to get its liquid. Boil the carrot liquid to be taken by the children when cold.

To kill intestinal worms

Take 5 dried carrots, and then mash them to be powder. Add hot water to drink it twice a day (5 grams for each serving). The powdered carrot can also be applied to a burnt wound.
