The Greatest Dish of Pork Roast

Excellent dish of pork.

Ingredients:

· 800 g lean pork

· 1 carrot

· 1 onion

· 1 celery root

· Cumin

· Parsley

· Pepper

· Salt

First, wash and dry your meat, season with salt, pepper and cumin to taste and put it in a container with a lid heat resistant and bake for 15 minutes. Besides, peel and chop the onion, peel also sliced carrots and celery root into small cubes. Wash the scallions and cut into earrings.

Then we turn to the meat and add the vegetables, letting it cook for 15 minutes but covered. After that time we took the meat and wrap in foil for 5 minutes.

Then roast juice dissolve in 200 ml of water, snick and cook for 3 minutes.

We serve the roast pork in slices cut a little above the vegetable garnish and sprinkle with sauce.

    Good recipe.I like pork, but I reduce to eat it.
