Coleslaw is my abosolute favourite. When I first visited the US, a friend asked me what was my favourite food. "Coleslaw," was my reply.

He screwed his face up and said in disbelief, "That's so common. He proceeded then telling all his friends, to thier amusement, and my chagrin.

My girls love, love this one. It’s a hit with the kids. I can’t decide if it’s the apples that make it great, or maybe the yogurt.
