Tomato Bisque
Easy-to-make Bisque recipe.
- 2 large cans tomato juice (600ml)
- 1/4 cup chopped onions
- 1/2 t Worcestershire sace
- 1/2 cup finely diced celery
- 1 lemon cut in thin round slices and pierced with whole cloves
- 1 t salt
- 1 carton whipping cream
- Bring tomato juice to a boil, but do not boil.
- Place celery and onions in a serving bowl
- When ready to serve, pour tomato juice to the serving bowl with celery and onions
- Ladle whip cream on top of each serving
- Drop lemon slices on top of whipped cream in each bowl to garnish
- Serve in cups in a tray or from a punch bowl
