Tongue Curry Spices

Beef tongue is the part that has a unique taste.

Beef tongue is the part that has a unique taste. In order for this tongue more tender, boiled first few hours before it is processed with seasonings.

Ingredients:
400 gr beef tongue, boiled until tender, cut into square shape
2 tablespoons curry powder
2 bay leaves
2 cm galangal
4 bay leaves orange
1 lt milk
200 g carrots
200 grams of bamboo shoots
200 g green beans
1 tsp sugar
1 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons cooking oil

Spices:
10 pcs red onion
5 cloves garlic
1 tsp coriander
2 red chilli
2 cm turmeric

Method:
1. Heat oil and sauté ground spices, curry, bay leaves, galangal, lime leaves. Cook until fragrant.
2. Enter the beef tongue, add the coconut milk. Cook until boiling.
3. Enter carrots, bamboo shoots, green beans, sugar and salt give cook until all ingredients well.
4. Serve while warm.
