It is a vegetable with good properties and is a natural found in nature too….. Usually have them in salads raw but the favourite is boiled with butter…. Excellent for weight loss too…. Yes, a single serving provides 30 mg of Vitamin C too and you are right good for stopping cancer by doosting DNA repair and yes, very active for prostrate cancer especially and heart disease…..
Also provides lutein and also provides beta-carotene….

There are many benefits in broccoli. Besides broccoli, I also like carrots, peas, green beans, spinach and sweet potato. Add these to a piece of salmon and you have a great meal.
