Vegetable Biryani.

Ingredients :
Four cups basmathi rice 
Two hundred grams ginger and garlic crush 
Six green chillies 
One onion, thinly cutted 
Two tomato, thinly cutted  
Ten grams cinnamon
Ten grams cloves
Ten grams cardamom 
Four cups coconut milk (thick)
Hundred grams cashew nuts 
Two hundred grams  ghee 
carrot & beans, thinly cutted 
One hiundred grams peas
Two tablespoon hot Masala crush 
Three tablespoon chilli powder 
mint vegetation and coriander plants

Half lemon 

Method :
Put ghee in a pan and sauté the onions & tomatoes.
Grind cashew nuts, cloves, cinnamon, cardamom, green chillies mint and coriander leaves.
Put the mixture to the butter
Put ginger and garlic paste to it 
Put hot masala and chili grind, carrots, peas and beans to it
Put coconut milk to the mix plus add salt to flavor .
Keep the blend to simmer plus put in the rice
Put the lemon fluid to it plus allow the rice to cook.
