Venice Cabbage

Cheap and good food.

Ingredients:

Small cabbages, chopped onion, allspice, garlic, chili peppers, salt

The method of preparation:

A 4 l glass cut into small cabbages into quarters, chopped onion, allspice, garlic and chili peppers. Pour boiled salted water and cool it, cover plates and let ferment at room temperature for about 10 days.
Used as a spicy acid attachment to the cells or eat olive oil and make the salad. SE cook.
This recipe I got from our compatriots who live in Romania in 6 villages in the Danube in the region called Benet.
