Zucchini Carpaccio and Arugula

How to prepare zucchini carpaccio and arugula.

Ingredients

· 1 green zucchini

· Rocket leaves

· Black pepper

· Lemon juice

· Oil

· Parmesan cheese

· Salt

First cut the zucchini into thin slices and we will putting in a dish, overlapping slices slightly. Chopped arugula leaves.

Then the whole seasoned with salt and pepper and irrigate olive oil and a little lemon juice. Decorated with Parmesan cheese and chopped arugula leaves.

We stand for ten minutes and serve.
