Zucchini with Feta Cheese

Ingredients for 4 meals
150 g Feta Eridanous cheese
50 g green Baresa olives filled with peppers
1 clove of garlic
1-2 teaspoons of Mikado oregano
Mikado pepper
2 large zucchini(280g each)
beach salt
Primadonna olive oil
Preparation
Feta is being mixed or it is finely crushed. The olives are chopped . The garlic is peeled and then it’s pressed.Then both are mixed with oregano and feta and it’s spiced with pepper.
Clean the zucchini and they’re cut or scraped on thin vertical pieces .After the cheese is distributed on half the slices ,then it’s covered with the rest of the pieces, add salt and pepper.Then fry them on each side for like 10 minutes in an aluminium pan greased with oil.They’re carefully turned and seasoned with salt and pepper.
