Fun and Easy Fudge Recipe

A delicious, simple, microwavable recipe for chocolate fudge! A perfect treat to make with your children!

Chocolate fudge is a delicious treat any time of the year, but it especially appropriate for the holiday season.  It is pretty simple to make.  So whip up a batch by yourself, or spend quality time with your family by making this fudge with your children.  It is also a great recipe for beginners!

You will need:

  • 8 inch square pan
  • Microwavable bowl
  • Aluminum Foil
  • 8 semi-sweet chocolate baking squares
  • 1 14oz can of sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/4 cup of powdered confectioners sugar
  • 2 teaspoons of vanilla

Method:

Step 1:

Line square pan with aluminum foil.

Step 2:

Microwave chocolate squares and milk in a microwave safe bowl for 2 minutes.

Step 3:

Stir until chocolate is completely melted.

Step 4:

Stir in vanilla and sugar.

Step 5:

Spread into pan over foil.

Step 6:

Refrigerate for 3 hours or until firm

Step 7:

Remove foil from pan and cut fudge into squares.

Step 8:

Serve and enjoy!
