Gingernut Balls

A recipe for adults who like ginger.You could replace the ginger with dates for a more ’sweet’ ball. This recipe is easy to make and more suited for adult tastes.
- 5 Weet-Bix
- 250g pack Gingernut biscuits
- ½ cup Chopped Dried Apricots
- ½ cup Sultanas
- ? cup coconut
- ½ cup crystallized Ginger
- 415g can sweetened Condensed Milk
- Lightly crush the weet bix and gingernut biscuits
- Place all the ingredients in a bowl, except for the coconut
- Mix well
- Roll mixture into approximately 48 balls
- Toss into the coconut and coat well
