Great and Simple Brownie Recipe

Simple yet delicious brownie recipe.
I have tried this recipe every time, and every time it has been delicious. I am not a great cook, and have had many cooking disasters, but with recipe it is hard to make a mistake.
EQUIPMENT:
- Medium Sized Cake Tin
- Grease Proof Paper
- Bowl
- Wooden Spoon
- Wooden Pick
- Spoon
- Mixing Bowl
INGREDIENTS:
- 170g Butter
- 330g Sugar
- 2 Teaspoons Vanilla
- 3 Eggs
- 85g Self Raising Flour
- 50g Cocoa Powder
METHOD:
- Preheat own to 180°C (350°F)(Gas Mark 4)
- Line tin with grease proof paper
- Melt the butter in microwave or in a bowl over a saucepan of water
- Beat the the eggs with the sugar in a mixing bowl
- Add vanilla, flour, cocoa and melted butter and mix
- Bake in oven for 20-30 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted into the center of the mixture comes out clean
- Cool the cake. Cut into squares. I’d recommend using a pizza cutter. It gives accurate cutting
