Gulab Mahal on Chocolate Whip

This article is a recipe of gulab mahal on chocolate whip.

Serves: Four
Time required: 20 minutes

Ingredients required:

For the chocolate whip:

·         1 cup fresh cream

·         ½ cup condensed milk

·         1 cup vanilla ice cream

·         Chocolate shavings for the garnish.

For the gulab mahal:

·         3 gulab jamuns, cut into halves

·         ½ cup desiccated coconut

·         3 tablespoon mashed paneer, made into six chichpea sized balls

·         3 tablespoon metled chocolates( make sure it’s of pouring consistency).

For the garnish:

3 fresh rose petals, finely chopped a few drops of rose water.

TO PREPARE THE CHOCOLATE WHIP:

·         Blend all the ingredients for the whip till smooth.

·         Transfer to a shallow oval dish.

·         Sprinkle the shavings over.

·         Set aside to chill.

TO PREPARE THE GULAR MAHAL:

·         Coat the gulab jamun halves with the desiccated coconut.

·         Set aside.

·         Dip each of the paneer balls in the melted chocolate. Place one ball each on the curved or cut side of each gulab jamun.

·         Arrange on the chilled whip.

·         Serve garnished with the rose petals and rose water.

    sounds great but I dont care for the rose petals and rose water, I know they are popular in Indian cuisine, but not for me.
