Home-Made Handmade Eggless Mango Ice-Cream

Here’s a simple recipe of how to make homemade Mango ice-cream. Preparing the Mango ice-cream at home with a personal touch of yours, will make all at home love you more…

Ingredients

  • Fresh cream – 500ml
  • Condensed milk – 1 can (14oz)
  • Mangoes – 2-3 / pureed or 1 tin of mango pulp , you can find it in any Asian grocery shop near you.
  • Pistachio nuts – a handful / optional

Method

     1. You can use,  Beat the cream & condensed milk well for about 5 Min’s, you can see the mixture getting smooth as you whisk. Add the mango puree & roughly chopped pistachio nuts & whisk again. Whisk for about 5 Min’s in medium speed.
    2. Put into a plastic bowl with a tight fitting lid & put into the freezer.
    3. Whisk the ice-cream every hour to break the crystals that form from the edge inwards, at least 5-6 times, & then leave to set for 6-8 hours or overnight.
    4. Top with pistachios & sprigs of mint! It’s absolutely delicious.
