This is the easy recipe for home made ice creams

  • 2 liters milk
  • 2-egg yolks
  • 1 tin-condensed milk
  • 1 tsp – custard powder

Method

Boil milk till 1/3 has evaporated. Add condensed milk, beaten egg yolks and custard powder, dissolved in 1 tbsp warm milk. Cool till thick. Beat and refreeze for 1 hour before serving.

This can be done with out egg too by adding extra 2 tbsp of custard powder
