How to Make Brownie Swirl Cheesecake

- ½ cup fresh fruit
- Whipped cream.
Method
- The first thing you want to do is to preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9 inch spring form pan.
- The first thing you will want to do is to prepare brownie mix using package directions. Spread in prepared pan. Then bake until edge pulls from sides of pan, about 28 minutes. Leave the oven on.
- The next thing you will want to do is to combine cream cheese, cup sugar, vanilla extract in a medium bowl. Beat with an electric mixer set at medium speed until blended. Add eggs one at a time, beating them well after each addition. Spoon over already baked layer
- The next step is to heat chocolate chips in top of double boiler set over simmering water until melted. Drizzle over prepared layers and swirl with a knife to marbleize . Bake until set, aout 35 minutes. Cool completely i pan on a wire rack. chill for about 2 hours or longer if desired.
- The final step in completing this recipe is to combined your fruit together and your sugar in a small bowl and toss mix. Top slices with fruit and whipped cream. Enjoy.
