How to Prepare Coconut Chutney

How to prepare a delicious coconut chutney.
Ingredients
- fresh coconut powder (1 cup)
- soft chana dal (2 table spoon)
- green chili (2 table spoon)
- mustard seed (1 spoon)


- curry leaves
- yogurt (curd)
- salt to taste
- vegetable oil.

Method
mix coconut powder, green chili, yogurts, soft chanal dal, ginger and salt. Grind it to make paste of medium consistency. Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seed curry leaves and chana dal. When the seeds splatter and gram colour changes to light brown, pour over the chutney and mix well. Coconut chutney is ready to serve.
