Baked peaches with ice cream
Ingredients
6 peaches, sliced in half and stones removed or a big can of peach halves
40ml sugar -1 stick of cinnamon
Custard or vanilla ice-cream to serve
Method
1 preheat the oven to 220c.
2 place the peaches, cut side up, in a small baking dish and sprinkle with the sugar, place the cinnamon stick on top for a great flavor.
3 add 60ml of water to the baking dish and bake for 15 minutes until they are soft and the oven and cool slightly. Serve drizzled with custard or a big dollop of ice-cream.
