What can cause chips.
There are many of healthy foods like vegetables and fruits, and good activities like sport, but there are also bad ones like watching TV the whole day or eattin junk food, like ice cream chocolate and the worst chips. Well when it come to fat adding foods the fatty one are in the top of list, why? Becase fat when burned in organism can give more energy then all other foods like proteins and carbs, so the give at lest 4 times more energy and if this energy is not used it will be transformed in fat in you body adding to you another 20 pounds to your body for only eating one at a tv show, so the next time you eat a faty food think about it first and then eat it or just leave it where it is.
