Chocolate Coffee Punch

Recipe for sharing.

  • one quart coffee
  • rum extract to taste
  • one quart chocolate ice cream
  1. Make coffee regular strength the night before
  2. Refrigerate overnight
  3. Put chilled coffee in a punch bowl
  4. Add rum extract to your liking
  5. Add chocolate ice cream by teaspoonfulls
  6. Stir very little
  7. Serve cold
  8. Garnish with chocolate shavings and mint leaves if desired
