Chocolate Coffee Punch

Recipe for sharing.
- one quart coffee
- rum extract to taste
- one quart chocolate ice cream
- Make coffee regular strength the night before
- Refrigerate overnight
- Put chilled coffee in a punch bowl
- Add rum extract to your liking
- Add chocolate ice cream by teaspoonfulls
- Stir very little
- Serve cold
- Garnish with chocolate shavings and mint leaves if desired
