Creamy Pistachio Ice Cream
Yummy, very yum.
Ingredients:
- 2 cup full cream milk
- 1 tin condensed milk (395g)
- 500ml whipping cream
- 4 tablespoons chopped pistachio or almonds
- ½ tablespoon cardamom powder
- 2 tablespoons corn flour dissolved in small amount of water
Method:
- Heat milk till almost boiling.
- mix the cornflour in and keep stirring till the milk thickens.
- Turn of heat and strain into a bowl.
- Now add nuts condensed milk and cream.
- Mix well.
- Pour into molds or disposable plastic cups and freeze over night.
- Before dip cups/molds in warm water for a few seconds to ease out on plate.
- Enjoy!
