Creamy Pistachio Ice Cream

Yummy, very yum.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cup full cream milk
  • 1 tin condensed milk (395g)
  • 500ml whipping cream
  • 4 tablespoons chopped pistachio or almonds
  • ½ tablespoon cardamom powder
  • 2 tablespoons corn flour dissolved in small amount of water

Method:

  1. Heat milk till almost boiling.
  2. mix the cornflour in and keep stirring till the milk thickens.
  3. Turn of heat and strain into a bowl.
  4. Now add nuts condensed milk and cream.
  5. Mix well.
  6. Pour into molds or disposable plastic cups and freeze over night.
  7. Before dip cups/molds in warm water for a few seconds to ease out on plate.
  8. Enjoy!
